Ikon's self-titled full-length combines soft, ambient jazzy vibes with sweetly entoned female vocals. Behind these elements ride drifting synth pads, momentarily epic orchestral stabs, and mellow, head-nodding beats. As stated by co-founder Alex Rizzo, Ikon has come together through a series of "happy coincidences" and this, their self-titled album consists of no fewer than eight different collaborations with singers, musicians and producers from seven different countries.
